How to import your email history
Bring your full archive into Tramovio — every message, folder, and attachment — from any email provider.

Go to Settings → Migration in Tramovio
Log into your Tramovio account and navigate to Settings → Migration → Import email history.

Select your email provider
Choose Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, or enter custom IMAP server details for any other provider.

Authenticate your old account
Sign in with OAuth (Gmail) or enter your credentials (Outlook, IMAP). Tramovio will request read-only access to your email data.

Configure import options
Choose date range (all history or from a specific date), which folders to include, and whether to preserve labels. Then start the import.

Wait for the import to complete
Tramovio imports in the background. You'll receive an email notification when complete. Large archives may take several hours. You can use your inbox normally during import.
