Yes. Annual billing saves you up to 25% compared to monthly pricing. Plus annually is €29.99/yr (vs €47.88/yr monthly). Pro annually is €95.88/yr (vs €119.88/yr monthly).
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You'll receive an email notification when you reach 90% of your storage limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more storage.
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Your emails and data are never deleted immediately. If you downgrade to Free, you keep access to your inbox but storage is capped at 1 GB. We will notify you if you are over the limit and give you time to manage your data.
