Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Tramovio account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tramovio.

2. Service description

Tramovio provides EU-hosted email services including email storage, sending, receiving, email history import, and email forwarding/migration tools. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Tramovio.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at security@tramovio.com of any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Tramovio to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk email.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures.
• Resell or sublicense the service without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where possible.

5. Your data

Your email content belongs to you. By using Tramovio, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and process your emails solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your email content, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

You can export your data at any time in standard formats (MBOX, EML) from Account Settings → Export.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
• Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your location.
• Annual plans are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are not affected until renewal.

7. Free plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge and is subject to storage and feature limits as described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan with 90 days' notice.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages beyond our reasonable control.

9. Account termination

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings → Close account. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closure. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of severe abuse.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, Tramovio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU jurisdiction where Tramovio is incorporated.

12. Changes to these terms

We will notify users of material changes by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
