Your email is private.
Here is how we prove it.
Email is personal infrastructure. We treat it that way. This page explains exactly how Tramovio protects your data — where it lives, how it is secured, and what rights you have over it.

EU data protection regulation applies to all processing
All Tramovio infrastructure operates within the European Union. We do not use US-based cloud providers for primary storage, and your email data does not transit through non-EU data centres.
Encryption
All connections to and from Tramovio mail servers are encrypted
Email storage is encrypted on disk
All web traffic encrypted with modern TLS
Passwords are never stored in plain text
Tramovio enforces encryption at every layer. All email in transit uses TLS. Stored email and account data is encrypted on disk. We enforce HTTPS across all services.
Access & Authentication
TOTP-based 2FA for all accounts
Tramovio staff cannot read your email
View and revoke all active sessions from your account
Recovery codes available — set up in account settings
Tramovio staff do not have access to the content of your emails. Internal access controls ensure that only the systems necessary to deliver your email can read it, and no human can browse your inbox.
