Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Terms version: beta-2026-01
1. About Tramovio
Tramovio is an EU-hosted email platform that provides users with a personal @tramovio.eu email address and tools to move toward a private inbox at their own pace. Tramovio is built with a commitment to user privacy, clear account control, and GDPR-first principles.
During the private beta, Tramovio may still be testing, improving, and changing parts of the product based on user feedback.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Tramovio account, completing onboarding, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account or use Tramovio.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or inside the product before the changes take effect where reasonably possible.
3. Private beta access
Tramovio is currently invite-only. Access to the private beta is limited to users who receive an invitation or are approved by Tramovio.
We may limit, pause, or remove beta access if needed for security, abuse prevention, technical stability, or product testing. We may also change beta features before the public launch.
4. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a Tramovio account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
We ask for your date of birth during onboarding to confirm age eligibility. If we determine that an account does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may restrict or close the account.
5. Your account information
During onboarding, you may be asked to provide account information including your first name, surname, date of birth, optional gender preference, chosen Tramovio email address, recovery email address, and password.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your recovery email address up to date so we can contact you about important account, recovery, or security matters.
Gender information is optional. You may choose “Prefer not to say”. We use this only to help communicate with you respectfully, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Tramovio email address
Your chosen @tramovio.eu address is assigned to your account once claimed. You should choose it carefully, because it may not be possible to change it later.
Your Tramovio address is for your own use and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or assigned to another person without our permission.
7. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You should use a strong password and keep access to your recovery email protected.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible at hello@tramovio.eu.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tramovio to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or abusive messages
- Distribute malware, phishing content, scams, or fraudulent material
- Impersonate another person, company, or organisation
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
- Send or store unlawful content
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with the security, deliverability, or reliability of Tramovio
- Use Tramovio in a way that damages our infrastructure, reputation, or other users
Accounts found violating these rules may be limited, suspended, or terminated.
9. Email deliverability and migration
Tramovio is designed to help users move gradually to an EU-hosted inbox. Some features may rely on third-party email providers, forwarding settings, DNS configuration, or external mail systems that are outside Tramovio’s direct control.
We will work to provide a reliable email service, but we cannot guarantee that every email will always be delivered, received, imported, forwarded, or displayed without delay or error.
10. Data and privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what data we collect during onboarding, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have.
We do not sell your data. We do not show advertisements. We do not use your email content for advertising or profiling.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep Tramovio available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, outages, security incidents, or beta testing.
We will try to communicate planned maintenance or significant issues where reasonably possible.
12. Account suspension and termination
You may request account deletion at any time. When your account is deleted, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, abuse the service, or expose Tramovio or other users to legal, technical, or reputational harm.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before termination, unless immediate action is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
13. Feedback during beta
During the private beta, you may choose to share feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas with Tramovio. You allow us to use that feedback to improve, develop, and operate the service without owing compensation.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in feedback unless it is necessary for a support request.
14. Changes to the service
Tramovio may add, remove, or change features, limits, pricing, plans, or technical requirements over time. During the beta, changes may happen more frequently as we test and improve the product.
If a future paid plan is introduced, we will provide pricing and payment terms before charging you.
15. Limitation of liability
Tramovio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Tramovio’s operating entity is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under EU or local law.
17. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, please contact us at hello@tramovio.eu.
